This was once a dark and dated 90's kitchen, dining room and sunken formal dining room. With too many walls and no flow or site lines. We did a complete overhaul by removing all the walls, raising the sunken living room and expanding the kitchen. The main floor is now open and the kitchen was enhanced with bright white cabinets, a combination of gray quartz and walnut butcher block counters, a custom hood over the range and statement island over the island. The dining room is also open to both spaces and is right of the kitchen. The home feels 10 times larger and is perfect for entertaining.
